Biography

Mr. Hoffner graduated from Rutgers University
in 1995.  While there, he received numerous
honors and during his Senior year, received the
Richard A. Caulk Memorial Scholarship for
Excellence in History.
After taking some time off from schooling, Mr.
Hoffner returned to Rutgers-Camden School of
Law where he earned top marks in
Constitutional Law, Criminal Procedure and
Labor and Employment Law.
He graduated in the top third of his Law School class and passed both the
New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars on his first attempt.  Mr. Hoffner also
worked for both the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office and the
Burlington County Prosecutor's Office.

Mr. Hoffner also had the honor of clerking for the Hon. Linda G. Baxter,
(former P.J.Cr. of Camden County; now of the Appellate Division) during
the highly publicized
Fred Neulander murder trial.  While there, he gained
invaluable experience with criminal defense, death penalty issues, change of
venue and media management.  

Mr. Hoffner also spent time with two large firms where he honed both his
trial and litigation skills.  With that experience, Mr. Hoffner founded his
own firm in 2005, where he undertakes a diverse practice.  He now brings
more personal service to his old clients and dedicates his full energy to his
new clients.  He is a member of the
Camden County Bar Association and
the
Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey.
